Order Update – Friday 16th December
If you require your order to be processed before the weekend, please place your order by 12:30pm on Friday 16th December. Orders placed after this time will be processed on Monday 19th December.
Please note, nationwide postal service issues may result in delays to your order being delivered.
Due to ongoing issues with postal delays during the Christmas period, we urge all customers to place their orders early to avoid disappointment. Deliveries may be delayed for 5+ days, therefore we encourage you to order in advance for Christmas delivery.
Thursday 22nd December:
Fox Group closes at 12:30pm for Christmas and New Year.
Please note, we will continue to post orders up until 12:30 pm on 22nd December, but they may not arrive for Christmas due to nationwide postal delays.
Thursday 22nd December 12:30pm – Tuesday 3rd January:
Fox Group closed – no orders processed. Any orders placed after 12:30pm on Thursday 22nd December will be processed from Wednesday 4th January. If you experience postal delays during the Christmas closure, please contact DPD directly for your tracking number and order update. Our Customer Service team will begin responding to any queries sent during the closure from Wednesday 4th January.
Wednesday 4th January:
Fox Group re-opens.
