Customer Service Advisor (Fixed-Term Contract)
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and first-class support in the aesthetics industry. Your ability to analyse customer needs and communicate effectively will be essential in ensuring a positive experience for every client.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Processing customer orders with efficiency and accuracy.
Ensuring we meet our KPIs, SLAs, values, and goals—because excellence is what we do!
Supporting customers to register, order, and track their parcels effortlessly via our websites.
Reviewing and approving new customer accounts—dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s to ensure compliance.
Providing top-notch customer service via phone, email, social media, and WhatsApp.
Handling inquiries like a pro—going above and beyond to wow customers with your can-do attitude!
Coordinating with courier services to secure the best possible outcomes for our customers.
Working closely with other departments to create seamless customer experiences.
Gathering valuable industry insights from our customers and sharing them with our teams.
Collaborating with Marketing to develop exciting sales and promotional activities based on customer feedback.
What We’re Looking For:
Customer Service experience is essential—we need someone who knows how to deliver top-tier support!
A quick learner who can adapt in a fast-paced environment.
A highly organised individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Self-motivated, driven, and committed to achieving success—even under pressure,
A willingness to go the extra mile to exceed customer and company expectations.
Excellent written communication skills—because clarity is key!
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to keep everything running smoothly.
The ability to actively engage with clients on time and keep things moving seamlessly.
