We would like to remind our optometrist, paramedic, physiotherapist, chiropodists, podiatrists and therapeutic radiographer independent prescribers that they are unable to prescribe unlicensed POMs as stated by their Registration bodies and as such Tor-Bac falls within this category of unlicensed POMs.

We would like to remind all prescribers that prescriptions for any aesthetic product should be patient specific after conducting an in-person face to face consultation and never for the provision of stock. If it is noticed that prescription writing guidelines are not being followed, we reserve the right to inform the appropriate Registration body. The MHRA and other Registration bodies governing the practice of healthcare professionals have provided explicit guidance on this matter.

You are also formally confirming you work in an environment that complies with Health & Safety Legislation, is clean and has the necessary equipment and facilities to provide the treatments safely.

We reserve the right to undertake checks to ensure you are a fully registered and compliant member of a professional body as claimed; GMC, GDC, GPHC, NMC other.

All Practitioners: Registration and Qualifications

By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions you are formally agreeing that you are who you say you are, have undertaken sufficient certified training which accredits you to be able to use the product/s purchased safely & effectively, are appropriately insured and take full personal responsibility for your competence.

All relevant training certificates must be uploaded at registration and/or provided when requested.

You are also formally confirming you will not purchase any products from Fox Pharma that you are not qualified to use.

Private Prescriptions:

Private prescriptions are dispensed by Fox Pharma LTD, all prescriptions are dispensed in the UK. All prescriptions must comply with all UK law and regulations and be signed by a registered healthcare professional who is either a Doctor, Dentist or a qualified non-medical prescriber who has performed a Face to Face consultation with the patient. The Prescriber must undertake all due diligence necessary to ensure the person undertaking the procedure has the relevant training, experience and insurance and will only supply/administer to their patient in the UK only and will not use/supply for re-sale in any circumstances.

Products purchased without prescription by healthcare professionals:

By placing an order for any product purchased via Fox Pharma you are formally agreeing that you have undertaken sufficient certified training which accredits you to be able to administer this product safely & effectively, are appropriately insured and take full professional responsibility for your competence. Confidentiality

We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and as such, any information concerning the Client and their respective Client Records may be passed to third parties. However, Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to anybody other than our manufacturer/suppliers and if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities. Clients have the right to request sight of and copies of any and all Client Records that we keep, on the proviso that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue Clients with appropriate written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both Parties.

We will not sell, share or rent your personal information to any third party or use your email address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products, unless agreed otherwise by you the Client.

Exclusions and Limitations

All major Credit/Debit Cards and BACS transfer are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full prior to our products/ services being sent/carried out.

COUNTRY RESTRICTIONS

We currently do not sell REVOLAX products to Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Italy, Kosovo, Lithuania, Moldova, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain,  Sweden, Switzerland, and USA

These countries already have official distributors in place.

RETURNS / FAULTY GOODS

If you receive a faulty, incorrect or unfit for purpose product, Please do NOT dispose of the product. If the product is disposed of Fox Pharma LTD will not be able to refund or replace the product. We ask for you to contact our office immediately in which we can advise the next step.

We are unable to accept returns, unless deemed faulty, incorrect or not fit for purpose. Once products have left our supply chain, we are unable to assure products are of acceptable quality and have been stored as per manufacturer’s advice. In the interests of patient safety, returned products would not be able to be re-sold. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Any discrepancies with orders should be reported within 7 days (of order date). This should be reported to our office via email [email protected]

Cancellation Policy

There is a minimum 24 hours’ notice required for cancellation of products or services required. Notification for instance, in person, via email or via telephone, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to levy a £30 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.

Product Information

Hyaluron Pen Terms & Conditions

If you are purchasing Revolax for use with the Hyaluron pen you are agreeing that it is your sole intention to use Revolax with the Hyaluron pen and for no other purpose.

You must have undertaken and passed a certified and accredited training course and also have provided us with the certificate before we will supply you with the product.

Under no circumstances must you attempt to inject the product as without the correct training as this can result in serious injury including blindness, blocked blood vessels and tissue death amongst other very serious adverse effects.

Fox Pharma LTD accepts no liability for use of the products outside of these terms & conditions, individuals must only use the products for the indications for which they have received accredited training.

Delivery Information

All UK orders placed before 4.30pm (Monday – Friday) will be sent out Next Day before 12pm with DPD (excluding Sundays / Bank Holidays).

NEXT DAY Delivery option is subject to location.

If you change the delivery address on the DPD app the day the parcel is be delivered then we cannot guarantee it coming to you.

For Europe and overseas please allow between 3 – 5 working days for your products to arrive as standard.

Over 98% of parcels dispatched using DPD and DHL will arrive on time, but inevitably there are times when the third party couriers fail to deliver. Under such circumstances, Fox Pharma LTD cannot be held responsible for consequential loss or damages for delays in delivery.

Delivery Information: Receipt of orders

Fox Pharma LTD will only dispatch orders to the consignee named on the order. Customers are responsible for checking and confirming the address for delivery for every order placed to ensure the safe receipt of all products purchased via Fox Pharma and Fox Clinic Wholesale.

The third party courier does not offer any in-flight options* and therefore the consignee or a recipient authorised by the consignee will need to be present to sign for the order. Fox Pharma LTD will not be held liable for any failed deliveries or delays in receiving your order via our third party courier and it is the customer’s responsibility to make arrangements with the courier for redelivery or collection from depot (if currently available).

Orders placed between 3pm Thursday and 3pm Friday

These will be dispatched on our Next Day Saturday Delivery service only and this service will be the only option at checkout. This is to ensure our pharmacy can manage processing orders efficiently and account for any refrigerated items that require temperature control until received by the consignee. Our standard Next Day delivery service can be made via our customer service team to process on Monday for Tuesday delivery upon request.

Items requiring refrigeration (cold chain)

For any failed delivery of orders containing cold chain items, a re-delivery or collection from the third party local depot must be arranged whilst the items are still within the refrigeration temperature range so not to break the cold chain, which is 48 hours from dispatch. Fox Pharma LTD will not be held liable for any cold chain orders that have been collected out with this timescale and will not issue any refund or replacement of stock that is received after this window. Customers must consider this when placing an order in advance of a weekend or a Bank Holiday.

Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy

Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused services shall be refunded.

Force Majeure
