What does healthy, glowing skin really look like in 2026?
We believe it’s about more than skincare routines or one-off treatments. It’s about taking a holistic approachto skin health, supporting your skin from the inside out through hydration, movement, lifestyle and expert-led treatments.
That philosophy came to life last weekend at Flow & Glow, our exclusive event with Alien Aesthetics, hosted at their flagship clinic in Hackney.
Designed to bring together wellness, education and aesthetics, the event brought together a group of like-minded people and wellness enthusiasts for a morning dedicated to movement, hydration and healthy skin.
And, breathe…

The morning began with breathwork and yoga led by Megan Brown, AKA, The Modern Yogi.
We know glowing skin doesn’t begin in the treatment room, it starts with the everyday habits that support our overall wellbeing, from movement and hydration to rest and nutrition, and Megan’s session was the perfect start to an event that brought all of those things together.
Glowing skin starts from within

Following yoga, collagen drinks and nourishing acai bowls were served as we took time to connect and replenish, feeding our glow from the inside out.
The menu was carefully curated to champion ingredients associated with overall wellbeing, from collagen and antioxidant-rich berries to nutrient-dense acai. With growing research highlighting the connection between gut health and skin health through the gut–skin axis, it was another reminder that supporting healthy skin starts long before your skincare routine.
Aesthetics in the self-care space

One of the highlights of the morning was an inspiring talk from Alien Aesthetics, who encouraged us to think differently about aesthetics and self-care. Alien challenged the perception that injectable treatments sit outside of wellness, asking an important question:
“We’ve all been fine about spending £200 on a serum that’s hyaluronic acid. We’ve all been fine about ingesting collagen. They’re all classed as self-care, but as soon as the delivery method is a needle, it suddenly becomes vanity.”
It sparked conversations around how we define self-care and highlighted a shift that’s happening across the aesthetics industry.
Today’s clients aren’t necessarily looking to change the way they look. They’re looking for healthy, hydrated skin that helps them look like the best version of themselves.
As Meg perfectly summarised:
“The biggest luxury in aesthetics now is healthy skin.”

Following the educational session, guests experienced Seventy Hyal treatments delivered by the expert team at Alien Aesthetics.
As an injectable hyaluronic acid skin booster, Seventy Hyal contains 15mg of high molecular weight (HMW) hyaluronic acid, designed to deliver intense skin-deep hydration while supporting collagen and elastin production. The treatment helps improve skin quality, elasticity and radiance, leaving skin looking healthy, hydrated and naturally glowing.
Throughout the afternoon, conversations continued around hydration, skin confidence and the growing role professional treatments can play alongside great skincare and healthy lifestyle habits.
Beyond Flow & Glow
Flow & Glow may have been one morning, but the philosophy extends far beyond the event. Healthy, glowing skin starts with the foundations: movement, hydration, nutrition and taking time to care for yourself. Support those healthy habits with a consistent skincare routine and expert-led treatments like Seventy Hyal, and you’ll be investing in your skin from the inside out. The best glow isn’t created by one product or one treatment, it’s created by a lifestyle that puts skin health first.
